On Saturday, February 11, Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts conducted its first-ever formal off-campus Information Session. The successful and informative session took the Usdan experience to the streets of NYC, drawing a solid group of new and familiar faces – may of whom signed up to return once again to Usdan this summer.

Hosted at the Bloomingdale School of Music on New York’s Upper West Side,  a perfect place for the initial off-campus foray due to its musical roots and lovely facility. And, according to Usdan Assistant Executive Director Andrew Cooper a good time was had by all.

“Saturday's event at Bloomingdale went well and the number of families we had in attendance was perfect,” Copper expounded.  “We enrolled several kids, had lovely small group discussions…in the end, it will end up being our model for sessions like this in the future because the number of people to talk to was so successful.”
