Welcome! We are thrilled you have decided to enroll your child. 

Important Note as of June 13, 2022

Space for Summer 2022 is extremely limited and we cannot guarantee space in any bus route or class unless you first speak with our Enrollment team.

If you would like to inquire, please email enrollment@usdan.org with:

  • Child's name and grade ('21-'22 school year)
  • Address
  • Preferred bus stop (They can be found here: www.usdan.org/summer-camp/transportation)
  • Preferred session (4-week A, 4-week B, 8-week, or weeks of Recreational Camp)
  • Preferred Major, Minor, and Recreational Activity

We will let you know where there is availability and give you the green light to enroll. Again, DO NOT enroll before speaking with us as we cannot guarantee placement. Thank U.

Before You Enroll

Visit our Classes page with your child to choose their Major, Minor, and Recreational Activity. As a reminder, students who have just completed kindergarten or first grade will be in Usdan’s Discovery program and do not choose a Major, Minor, or Recreational Activity. Students in our Recreational Camp program also do not choose a Major, Minor, or Recreational Activity.


Community Portal Instructions

Follow our step-by-step instructions to help you through our online enrollment process. 


Enrollment Deposit

  • You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of enrollment.
  • Starting April 1, 2022, tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment. If you would like to setup a payment plan, please reach out to enrollment@usdan.org. All payment plans must be approved and tuition must be paid by the start of your child's camp session.
  • If you received a scholarship for 2021 camp and signed up for Return2U, you will receive an email on Friday, November 12, 2021 from enrollment@usdan.org with a promo code to use at the time of enrollment. This code will deduct the award percentage you received in 2021 from your deposit.


Scheduled Tuition Payments

  • Our tuition payments are automated on the 1st of the month. 
  • At the time of enrollment, you will be prompted to set up your method of payment. 
  • Payments will be split evenly between the months of January, February, March, and April 2022. 
  • Your family will be automatically billed on the 1st of the month.
  • You can log in to our Community Portal at any time to access your future scheduled payments.
  • Any scholarships, discounts, or tuition credit will be applied to your family's total tuition after enrollment.
