Kathleen Busoni

The art classroom is Kathleen’s happy place. She has taught across a variety of art topics including museum education, art history, and visual arts. Kathleen’s passion for art education brought her to co-found the Brooklyn Latin School in New York City where she established and led the school’s Art Department for 15 years. She thrives in environments where she can support learners at every stage, grow and define their personal creative identities. Kathleen currently lives in Tuscany, Italy but spends her summers in New York. In both countries, she often brings her two daughters to see various art from classical paintings, sculptures and architecture to contemporary, abstract and Indigenous.
