For young people, Usdan is an invitation to create, to collaborate, to explore, to be wonder-filled, and to be part of a special community.

Since 1968, Usdan has invited world-class teachers and visiting artists – actors, directors, playwrights, painters, sculptors, musicians, composers, dancers, poets and novelists – to visit, teach, and collaborate with our campers, ages 4 to 18. Some artists participate in the daily Festival series or on-campus projects; some come to exhibit their work in the art gallery and around the grounds; and some to speak to classes and share real-world experience and important skills to enhance the learning process.
