Our Art Festival Performances on Long Island

In May, the Usdan staff announced the cancellation of in-person camp for Summer 2020. You can read the full announcement here.

This summer, we are excited to launch Usdan Online: Usdan's online arts education program. Usdan Online aims to provide excellent arts instruction and to create a thriving community of young artists that is not dependent on being together physically. Learn more about Usdan Online here.

Kids Summer Camp Recitals

For young people, Usdan is an invitation to create, to collaborate, to explore, to be wonder-filled, and to be part of a special community. Each camper’s personal experience takes on even more meaning in the context of performances through Usdan’s daily series of Festival Performances, presented by campers in many disciplines as well as distinguished artists from around the world.

Summer Starts Now

In early, April, Usdan launched Summer Starts Now: a collection of creative content and resources to help our community stay creatively engaged. This ever-growing collection includes original, archival, and borrowed creative content such as prompts and activities to do at home, virtual Festival performances, amazing resources from other arts and culture organizations, and instructional videos created by Usdan faculty. The collection covers Usdan’s departments of Art, Chess, Creative Writing, Dance, Discovery (K & 1st graders) Music, Nature & Sustainability, and Theater.

Here, we offer ways to create meaningful connections through art, no matter where you are.
