“Wildman” Steve Brill Visits Usdan

Steve “Wildman” Brill and his daughter Violet brought their unique foraging skills to Usdan on July 8.  Mixing humor with important information, the Brills conducted tours of the 140-acre wooded campus for students and staff, pointing out which plants were edible (and which are NOT).  Newsday was on hand to capture the fun — and Huntington Now shared the news too.
